Returns & Refund Eligibility

At Wavy, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@wavyhairco.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wavyhairco.com with photos, and we will resolve it promptly.
