Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses across the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

Delivery times

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days — FREE on all orders.
• Express delivery: 1–2 business days — additional charge calculated at checkout.

Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched on the next business day.

Order tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. You can also track your order at any time via the Track Order page.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier issues, weather or high demand. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at hello@wavyhairco.com.
