Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Wavy products. If something isn't right, our returns process is simple and fair.

30-day returns

You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price. Items must be in resalable condition.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@wavyhairco.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will send you return instructions and a returns address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or sent in error. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened hair care products (such as sprays) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
